Friendly, gentle, kind, understanding . Once the procedure was approved with my insurance the successful procedure was a accomplished. Pain medicine was prescribed immediately to keep the pain at bay until the procedure was deemed successful. It was successful and I am so thankful to Dr. Kalra and team.

The Front Office staff is always welcoming as is Dr. Kalra's nurses/assistances. Dr. Kalra is cheerful, patient, kind, attentive, conscientious, current and quite skillful.
While at times it may be difficult to make an appt. or I've had to wait in the waiting room to see him; once we are together in the exam room I have never once felt as though he has rushed through his time with me or felt gypped. He is always worth the wait.

Like most people I have seen a lot of different doctors over the years, but with no exaggeration Dr Ruben Kalra is the most empathetic and caring doctor of all. He truly cares about treating my pain. He also “thinks outside the box” and is creative in the way that he approaches my chronic pain situation. I have had PRP injections, a spinal stimulator device, Botox injections, several tries with different meds, and all have worked in their own right. Also as a person who is easily stressed, Dr. Kalra is the calmest and most zen doctor I have ever met. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

To employ a cliché, Dr. Shinaman thinks "outside the box," in that his approach to back pain is multidimensional yet integrated...beyond opiates and beyond platitudes. I appreciate his exploration of alternative therapies.

Wonderful, cheerful staff. Doctor Longton is highly skilled and very kind.Facility is spotless. They bring me many warm blankets as it is COLD there. After treatment I am given a small snack of water or juice and crackers.
