Our goal is to answer all calls as they are received however; there are times staff members are busy, assisting other patients.  If your call goes to voicemail, please leave a clear message including your first name, last name, date of birth, and the reason for your call.  Leaving a message ensures your call will be returned and addressed in a timely manner.  Messages are checked and responded to by the end of each day or earlier if patient care allows.  Unfortunately, we are unable to return calls if messages are not left, incomplete or inaudible.

If scheduling a call back is more convenient for you, head to the website’s home page, select “Request Call Back” and follow the instructions.  Please note, this is a request for a call back not a request for an appointment.  We do ask that you refrain from calling the office while waiting for the call back.  A staff member will call you back at the time you select. 

When calling, use this guide as a reference to navigate yourself through PMC’s auto-attendant. 

Calls are answered Monday – Friday from 8AM – 4:30PM.  The office is closed for lunch from 12PM –1PM daily.

If you know your party’s 3 digit extension, enter the extension at any time.  You do not need to wait and listen to the message in its entirety.

If you are calling from a pharmacy or have questions regarding your prescriptions – Press 2**

**If you are a current patient needing a possible prescription refill, select option 4 to speak with a staff member to schedule an appointment.
