CONTACTING THE PMC OFFICE
Our goal is to answer all calls as they are received however; there are times when staff members are busy, assisting other patients. If your call goes to voicemail, please leave a clear message including your first name, last name, date of birth, and the reason for your call. Leaving a message ensures your call will be returned and addressed in a timely manner. Messages are checked and responded to by the end of each day or earlier if patient care allows. Unfortunately, we are unable to return calls if messages are not left, incomplete, or inaudible.
When calling, use this guide as a reference to navigate yourself through PMC’s auto-attendant.
Calls are answered Monday – Friday from 9AM – 4:30PM. The office is closed for lunch from 12PM –1PM daily.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
You may select from the following options:
If you are a Physician or calling from a Physician’s office – Press 1
If you are calling from a pharmacy or have questions regarding your prescriptions – Press 4**
**If you are a current patient needing a possible prescription refill, select option 2 to speak with a staff member to schedule an appointment.
New Patients – Press 3
Existing Patients – Press 2
All billing questions – Press 5
Pressing 0 (Zero) will provide you with all the menu options again.
